Michael S. "Steve" Sherman Obituary

Steve Sherman, 69, a retired shipfitter for Electric Boat and bartender passed away Thursday, July 12, 2018 at Hope Hospice and Palliative Care, Providence. He was the beloved husband of Shirley E. (Matteson) Sherman and a son of Catherine T. (Conheeney) Sherman and the late Henry K. Sherman. Steve was the loving father of Michael W. Sherman (Kimberly), Monique R. Martira (Joseph), and Scott S. Sherman; loving grandfather of Mia and Callie Sherman. He was the brother of Wayne T. Sherman.

Relatives and friends are invited to a funeral service Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at 10 AM in the Cranston Christian Fellowship, 1114 Scituate Avenue, Cranston. Visiting hours Tuesday 4-7 PM in the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home, 2435 Warwick Ave., Warwick. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to The Herren Project, P.O.
