John E. Day Obituary

John E. Day, 48, died Friday, March 13, 2020. He was the beloved husband of Lynda L. (Hawthorne) Day. Born in Providence, he was a son of Harry A. Day, Jr. and the late Rita A. (Brazenor) Day. John was employed with Westerly Pools for fifteen years. He was the devoted father of Ashley L. Day, Heather A. Day, John E. Day, Jr., Justin G. Day and Cody G. Day, as well as the loving grandfather of Kira Roy, Riley Hunter, Lester Hunter and Logan Kruse. He is also survived by his siblings, Mabel Davis, Harry A. Day, III, Gerald Day, Rita Lamoureux, Theresa Zielinski and Kylie Day.

His funeral service will be private. Visiting hours Tuesday 4-8 pm . In lieu of flowers memorial contributions to John E. Day Memorial Fund, 78 Horseneck Rd., Warwick, RI 02889 will be appreciated.
