Waldeck, David F. "Batman," 76, passed away October 30, 2015. He was the beloved husband of Patricia A. (Nason) Waldeck for 45 years and a son of the late Delmar Waldeck and Rose (Penardo) Vlerick. David was the loving father of David W. Waldeck (Michele), Keith A. Waldeck, Stephen Waldeck (Josh), Michael Waldeck, Rita Waldeck-Speight, and the late Robert Waldeck (Lori); brother of Joan Miller, Pamela Langevin, Nicole Hebert, Kenneth, Cheryl, Michael, and John Waldeck, and the late Barbara Burghardt, James Waldeck, and Patricia Hall; grandfather of Akaiya Kenyon, Keegan, Daniel, and Anthony Waldeck, Tiffanie Waldeck-Napolitano, Shelby, Rachelle and Christopher; great grandfather of Kennedy, Ayden and Matthew; he is also survived by his mother in law, Olivia Nason. David, was owner of Delta Heating and Air Conditioning Company. He was known by many as "Batman." David was an avid fisherman, and loved to cook, especially for his boating friends. He was a proud member of the Little Rhody Boat Club and the Oakland Beach Volunteer Fire Co.
His funeral service will be held Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at 11 am in the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Chapel, 2435 Warwick Ave., Warwick. Burial in Notre Dame Cemetery, West Warwick. Visitation Wednesday, 9-11 am. In lieu of flowers, contributions to American Diabetes Association, 10 Speen Street #2, Framingham, MA 01701, will be appreciated.
